PARTY FAQS
Who is a participant?
Anyone ages 3 and up that wants to play! Adults can play too:) Spectators are free (non-participants). Toddlers (ages 2 and under) are free with a ticketed adult.
What does FLOW provide?
Besides lots of FUN, we provide a private party room, a party attendant, paper goods, plastic utensils, and table coverings. Each jumper receives a FLOW silicone wristband and socks to wear home. The birthday guest receives gripper socks and a complimentary jump.
What do I wear?
Comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. Athletic/exercise attire is very appropriate. Pants may be desired in order to prevent possible trampoline burn. GRIPPER SOCKS are required in the arena. They will be provided to all guests in your party package.
What do I bring?
Food, drinks, cake, ice-cream, and decorations (if desired).
If I need to add extra jumpers or bump up my package, when do I need to let the event coordinator know?
Please let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Because our arena has LIMITED capacity, we are able to add jumpers ONLY IF we have availability! On the day of your event you can add 3 jumpers guaranteed at the individual rate of $19 each. Please understand we CANNOT GUARANTEE that additional jumpers beyond that can be added to your party package.
Do you provide ice?
No.
Do you provide candles or serving utensils?
No, please bring candles if you desire. We do have a lighter for your convenience, however, it does tend to ‘walk’ off at times, so it doesn’t hurt to bring your own just in case!
Do you have a refrigerator or freezer?
Yes. Please ask our staff to place your items in the fridge or freezer upon your arrival.
Do you charge for spectators?
No, spectators are free. Parent-Spectators with jumpers 8 and older are invited to watch from our comfortable balcony and are not required to have a ticket nor waiver. Parent-spectators with jumpers 7 and younger have two options: 1) View from our comfortable balcony–neither a ticket nor waiver are required; OR, 2) Enter the arena (space permitting) for a more close-up view. No ticket is required, HOWEVER, a signed waiver and a “Spectator” hand stamp are both necessary to be permitted into the trampoline arena. Obtain from the front desk.
Can we come early to set up?
Due to scheduling restrictions, we are unable to accommodate any request to begin early party set-up. However, we have plenty of time to set up the room while the guests are jumping the first hour. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of your event so we can process all jumpers and get them in the arena and jumping right at the designated time.
Can parents jump?
Yes, as long as they have completed a waiver. However, parent jumpers will be counted as part of the party package, therefore, we encourage and invite parents to jump with us on a return visit.
Can I bring in outside food and drink?
Yes, you may bring in outside food and drink at no additional charge.
Are the party rooms the same size?
Yes, they are the same size but are based on the number of participants. They can hold about 40 people, but unless you book a 25 package or more, you will have the one party room.
Are party supplies included?
Yes, all parties include table covering, plates, cups, napkins, forks and knives.
